About the Role:
As a Blue Prism Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes within the Firm. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure that the solutions align with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing automation workflows to adapt to changing business needs.
Ultimately, your contributions will lead to improved service delivery and increased productivity across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- 1‑5 years of experience using Blue Prism
- Experience writing bots that interact with local applications
- Experience writing bots that interact with websites
- Created bots utilizing OCR technologies
- Knowledge of the collections industry
The required skills in Blue Prism development will be utilized daily to create and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes. Your programming skills will enable you to write efficient code and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the automation lifecycle. Collaboration skills will be essential as you work with various teams to gather requirements and ensure that the automation aligns with business goals.
Analytical skills will help you assess the effectiveness of existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, your knowledge of SQL will be crucial for managing data and ensuring that automated solutions interact seamlessly with databases.
