KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workday Suppliers/Banking/Expenses Lead in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities- Lead Workday-enabled finance transformation of Suppliers, Banking and Expenses work streams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading-practice-based business processes
- Conduct client-facing design sessions for Workday to understand pain points and complexities, gathering configuration requirements including data needed for conversion
- Understand and proactively manage risks to protect the business and minimize disruption by identifying and communicating findings to senior management and clients
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries
- Supervise and manage staff working on assigned engagements
- Minimum five years of recent experience or four or more full lifecycle Workday implementations for Suppliers, Banking and Expenses
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business information systems; CPA is a plus
- Certifications in Workday Core Financials, with additional focused Workday certifications
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to write client-facing business communications
- Understanding of ERP core concepts including transactional life cycles such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, module functionality, and relational module dependencies
- Travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

California Salary Range: $129,300 - $223,900. Salary ranges are provided where required by law; actual offer determined by factors including skills, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions.
