- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance that supports a positive people culture, employee engagement, and a strong employee experience, while triaging concerns to appropriate HR partners.
- Partner with leaders to build and scale high-performing teams, strengthen work relationships, and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Coach leaders on employee and labor relations matters, including corrective action documentation and performance management.
- Provide guidance on employment regulations, labor relations practices, and organizational policies, supporting leaders and employees across the organization.
- Conduct objective workplace investigations related to employee and labor relations and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
- Utilize HRIS systems to support leaders with reporting, metrics, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage unemployment claims and represent the organization in unemployment hearings.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays and Tuesdays
Qualifications- An associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or Business Operations, is required.
- PHR/SHRM-CP Certification, preferred.
- Familiar with FMLA, ADA, PDA (Pregnancy Discrimination Act), OSHA, HIPAA, and other government regulations.
- Experience responding to and representing the organization in all phases of the Unemployment process.
