Talent Manager
The Talent Acquisition Consultant (Sourcing) at National Heritage Academies (NHA) is responsible for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent in the hiring of exempt and non‑exempt positions. This position will report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This role will have the opportunity to impact schools directly as they are responsible for explaining our organization and company culture, building great relationships, and providing strong customer service to all our clients, both internal and external.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sources for open teacher positions and potential openings.
- Builds networks and pipelines of teacher candidates for prospective openings.
- Attend teacher networking events, career fairs (in‑person or virtual), and other educational events to build a candidate pipeline.
- Utilizes a wide range of sourcing tools (Indeed, Linked In, Facebook, NHA specific CRM, and more) to find and nurture teaching leads.
- Sells prospective candidates on NHA and the benefits of taking a job with NHA.
- Screens candidates for eligibility for school positions.
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to retain and attract talent.
- Travel (10%) consists of attending school visits, networking, professional development, and university‑level career events.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote NHA as an employer of choice through career events, seminars, and day‑to‑day communications.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, communications, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Preferred experience with sourcing/recruiting, sales, customer service, or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to build consultative relationships with candidates and teammates.
- Exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, and emotional intelligence.
- Must have tenacity, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to always manage confidential information and professionalism at all times.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management.
- Ability to balance and delegate competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- This position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.

- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
- This role is four days in office and one day remote after training and managers approval.
