You Will Be Supporting Meaningful Work By:
  • Partner with senior leaders in the Product Development organization to align talent strategies with business goals
  • Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to implement programs related to Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Lead and support communication initiatives for organizational changes
  • Facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and career path development
  • Coach leaders and employees to enhance performance, engagement, and growth
  • Build trusted relationships across teams to support issue resolution and strategic initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor with a focus on building trust and strong relationships
  • Skilled in leading through influence and advising on performance and organizational needs
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach and sound decision-making skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, market trends, and HR practices at both local and national level
