Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area for Front Office Supervisors and Agents at JW Marriott. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, managing daily front desk operations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring excellent communication between guests and the hotel team. Additionally, Supervisors will oversee the front office team, support training, and ensure seamless operational efficiency to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Experience with receptionist duties and handling daily front desk tasks, including check-in, check-out, and point-of-contact responsibilities.
- Proven customer service skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality guest experiences.
- Proficiency in managing reservations systems with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and team members effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
