Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (variable upon office)
Responsibilities- Support clerical, administrative, and secretarial functions for a busy medical office.
- Check in / Check out
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Manage referrals
- Insurance verification
- Other clerical functions
- High school graduate / GED required
- Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred
- Associates degree in a medical-related concentration preferred
- Day 1 benefits with no waiting period. Comprehensive packages including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 403B. Must work 20 hours per week to be benefit eligible.
