Join Corewell Health. The Center for Integrative Medicine provides compassionate care for patients impacted by substance use and alcohol disorders. Through our team of integrated clinicians, we provide empathy, support, treatment and understanding for patients. The practice has an opening for a flexible, caring, and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with specific interest in this patient population to join the group.
PositionHighlights
- Outpatient Practice with light call
- Collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, and Social Work
- 60‑minute evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑ups
- Full‑time position with benefits
- Four‑day work week – 10‑hour days
- Telemedicine satellite clinic coverage
- Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- LIC-Physician Assistant – (State of Michigan). Upon Hire required
- CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA‑C) – NCCPA. Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA. 90 Days required or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – ARC. 90 Days required
- CRT-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – AHA. 120 Days required
- CRT-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA. 120 Days required
- Required Master's Degree. Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post‑master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
- 3 years of relevant experience, current, relevant clinical experience
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
- LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) – State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
- CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- CRT-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
