Resident Assistant – Holland Home

Location: Breton Woods

We are seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, transferring, feeding
• Offering emotional support and companionship
• Monitoring and responding to residents’ needs with attentiveness and empathy

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Must pass a physical exam, drug screening, and receive an annual flu shot
• Clear background check required
• Availability for every other weekend and holiday rotation
