The Fertility Care Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Fertility Care Medical Assistant
, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Fertility Care Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at IVF Michigan in Dearborn, Grand Rapids, and Saginaw MI
. This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
.

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active MI state license.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

  • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Flexibility:
  • Willingness to work at various locations as needed.
• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
