As our Patient Services & Front Desk Coordinator
, you are the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You’ll ensure a warm, organized, and professional experience
, supporting both administrative operations and patient communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered, detail-oriented environment

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, representing our mission and values
- Check patients in and onboard new patients efficiently
- Handle patient payments, billing questions, and insurance communication
- Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, follow-ups
, and patient messages - Triage and escalate clinical concerns appropriately via EMR, email, and phone
- Coordinate referrals and outside office communication
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Support front desk operations and general administrative projects as needed
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable handling high volume of messages, appointments, and patient requests
- Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
- Experience in a medical office, concierge service, hospitality, or customer-facing role is helpful but not required
- Clinical background is a plus, but strong administrative and people skills are essential
