Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:00pm & Sunday 12:00-6:00pm

Horizon LTC Pharmacy is seeking an experienced LTC Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations and support the Director of Operations. This leadership role is ideal for a long-term care pharmacy professional who excels in workflow management, compliance, and team development.

• Lead and optimize daily LTC pharmacy operations and workflow
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Partner with pharmacy leadership, PACE teams, and customer relations to resolve customer issues
• Oversee inventory management, cost containment, and quality initiatives
• Recruit, train, and lead high-performing pharmacy teams
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience required (Assisted Living, AFC, multi-dose home delivery)
• Framework LTC software experience required
• 3–4 years of pharmacy management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
