Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst, Financial Compliance

We’re hiring an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Business Specialist to deliver advanced risk analysis, reporting, and insight across the Bank—supporting risk governance, KPI/KRI development, and enterprise-level decision-making through data.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze complex production, financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and emerging issues
- Build dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support risk monitoring and management oversight
- Support ERM governance by developing and reporting KRIs, KPIs, and related frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Retail Ops, Underwriting, QC, Capital Markets, Servicing) to standardize metrics and improve risk-reward balance
- Translate business requirements into actionable reporting in partnership with development/technology teams
- Maintain knowledge of regulations and risk practices; ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in mortgage, financial analysis, accounting, or risk management
- Advanced understanding of regulatory and compliance risk for residential lending (retail and/or correspondent)
- Technical skills including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and SSRS (plus Microsoft Office)
- Strong analytical modeling skills, communication, and ability to create executive-ready reporting
