Financial Service Professional

Overview

New York Life is seeking a self-motivated, driven individual with integrity and a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives. Through a comprehensive array of financial products and services, you’ll help clients develop a sound, long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals. This role includes training, support, and professional development to work with established agents and managers who assist in developing a clientele.

• Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to client risk tolerance and financial objectives for research prior to offering sound financial advice
• Create customized financial plans using the products and services offered based on each client’s potential life and financial needs
• Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products
• Work with each client to collect personal financial information including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM
• Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional

• Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required
• Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must

$100,000 yearly potential
