Are you currently in a Financial Planning and Analysis role looking for the next new step in your career? As our Director of Finance
, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and profitability across the organization. This strategic position blends financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement sustainable improvements.

You’ll work closely with leadership to define KPIs, optimize business processes, and support data-driven decision-making that fuels Sun Title’s growth.

• Work onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan (not a remote position)
• Lead the development of forecasting models and “what-if” analyses
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets
• Define and report KPIs aligned with company goals
• Analyze new business segments, services, and ROI opportunities
• Benchmark vendor agreements and identify cost savings
• Document and implement best business practices
• Communicate financial insights clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 5–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros)
• Power BI experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with sound judgment
