• Enter variety of customer orders and data using our ERP System
• Prepare and sort customer purchase orders for entry
• Check and proof new orders
• Answer phones and communicate with customers via phone and email
• Verify data accuracy and make corrections as necessary
• Assist customers with their order and provide product information and status updates
• Collaborate with coworkers to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong organizational skills
