• 4-year degree in Architecture.
• 4+ years of experience designing for commercial and industrial facilities.
• 4+ years of experience with AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in Revit is a plus.

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer who will excel in designing systems across various projects, including industrial, municipal, power generating, school, and commercial buildings. This role requires a creative problem solver who is not just an order taker, but someone capable of addressing diverse design challenges. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Develop and analyze mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial ventilation systems.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues in mechanical systems.
• Conduct field tests and analyze the performance of mechanical systems to ensure they meet required standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Grand Rapids, MI.
