You’ll help design, develop, and launch innovative solutions across our Sliding Systems and Storage & Organization portfolios—bringing creativity, precision, and problem-solving together.

- Assist in development of new product protocol
- Assist with the development of the product design and functionality – including but not limited to:
Solid Model design work, specification of materials, structural analysis, and testing programs - Compile and analyze operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified products
- Implement the product design within the schedule and budget parameters
- Analyze the risks of a design or process and communicate results
- Provide support to manufacturing to ensure products are fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design
- Support value engineering and cost savings initiatives for existing product designs to refine and ensure design intent and functionality
- Develop and maintain procedures and processes that support business requirements
- Communicate with others in the organization and customers to jointly determine customer needs and solutions
- Generate effective written and oral communication to support, execute, and document project activities
- Maintain records for patent and IP protection
- Initiate and review all cost estimates, drawings, and Engineering Change Notice/Engineering Change Order (ECN/ECO) associated with assigned projects
- Work Experience
: 2 years of work experience in product engineering or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above - Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
- Computer
Skills:
Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, working and designing experience in 3D Solid Model environment(s)
