Manufacturing Engineer I – Medical Device
Location:
Grand Rapids, Michigan (Fully Onsite)
Type: W2 contract, Duration: 6 months
Note:
Only Medical devices background required.
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I with strong problem‑solving (DMAIC) skills, experience in Document Control Systems, ERP tools, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and improve manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows for assembly and production.
- Support process optimization and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product quality and equipment performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience (or prior site experience preferred).
