HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Development Specialist to design and deliver retrofit, upgrade, and energy‑efficient HVAC solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. This is a technical sales role focused on relationships, problem‑solving, and results.

• Engage with customers to identify HVAC system upgrade and retrofit opportunities.
• Conduct site assessments and develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through trust and responsiveness.
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with technologies, market trends, and energy‑efficiency innovations.

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience
  ; sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with strong customer focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
