We are partnering with a nationally recognized, employee-owned design firm to find a Senior Structural Engineer who will lead and contribute to complex, high-impact projects across a variety of sectors. Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Detroit or Grand Rapids)

• Lead the design and development of structural systems for diverse building types and materials
• Perform and oversee structural analysis, modeling, and documentation from concept through construction
• Ensure code compliance, constructability, and integration with other building systems
• Utilize design software such as Revit
  , AutoCAD
  , RAM
  , and RISA
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants across disciplines
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to quality assurance and control processes

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program (or equivalent for licensure)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience across diverse project types
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Master s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• NCEES registration and NSPE membership
• CSI-CDT certification
• LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP certification
• Experience with RISA
