Job DetailsJob Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Detroit or Grand Rapids)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of structural systems for diverse building types and materials
- Perform and oversee structural analysis, modeling, and documentation from concept through construction
- Ensure code compliance, constructability, and integration with other building systems
- Utilize design software such as Revit
, AutoCAD
, RAM
, and RISA - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants across disciplines
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to quality assurance and control processes
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program (or equivalent for licensure)
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience across diverse project types
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Master s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- NCEES registration and NSPE membership
- CSI-CDT certification
- LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP certification
- Experience with RISA
