Job Title: Coordinator, Glen Huon OSHClub
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 34 hours per week to assist with leading a team of Educators in our Outside School Hours Care service, Glen Huon OSHClub. Shifts are 6:30am-9:00am and 2:00pm-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with extra hours available during school holidays.
About the roleGet ready for an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you’ll experience a blend of support and leadership growth. You’ll work with a dedicated state-specific office and receive mentorship from regional managers to help you shine and develop as a leader.
Responsibilities- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program featuring STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft, and other experiences aligned with children’s interests.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, the community, and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service including compliance and administration.

QualificationsWe can teach you about the job and sector, but these basics are needed:
- Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.
- Has Australian work rights.
- Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.
