COORDINATES WITH:K–12 SI Coordinator(s), Spanish teachers, Administrative team, Grade level teachers, Learning Commons/Tech Staff

Grand Rapids Christian Schools seeks applicants for a part-time Spanish Immersion teacher for the 2026–2027school year. Applicants must reflect a Christian worldview in their teaching, be familiar with immersion program instruction, be fluent in Spanish, and be certified by the State of Michigan to teach middle school.

Develop and implement Spanish Immersion instruction that

Integrates Christian faith with learning

Uses best practices in elementary education

Uses best practices specific to immersion instruction

Knowledge, understanding, and commitment to a reformed Christian educational worldview

Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate

Knowledge and understanding of elementary education practices

Fluency in the Spanish language

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Disciple of Christ
