This position will have hours dependent on daily need, Monday-Friday, following the student calendar, with the specific hours per day to be determined.

Qualifications/Training/Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn food preparation and follow operational procedures for efficient and effective food production and service.
  • Must be dependable, have good attendance, and be punctual.
  • Ability to provide an environment conducive in protecting the health and well-being of the school's children through high levels of food safety.
  • Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 45lbs.
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community.
  • Knowledge and awareness of one's own cultural identity and how this influences behavior and desire to learn about the cultural identity of others.
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community.
