The Learning Experience – Beltline
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
The Learning Experience – Beltline is looking for a reliable, positive, and caring Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a welcoming, engaging environment for young children. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, wants to grow in early childhood education, and values being part of a supportive, team-oriented school.
Responsibilities- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
- Help create a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Assist with hands-on learning activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Encourage positive behavior and support children’s social and emotional development
- Share daily updates with families about their child’s day
- Help maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines
- Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to meet licensing and school standards

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred
- ECE coursework or degree is a plus
