Overview
The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Helen DeVos Children s Hospital (HDVCH) is seeking a BC/BE physician for a clinically focused practice. The division is a part of the Corewell Health Medical Group (CHMG).
The Corewell Health Medical Group is a growing, physician-led, multispecialty practice. The division currently includes physicians, supportive Advanced Practice Providers, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team including RNs, MAs, dietitians, and a social worker. The practice provides consultations for children with a variety of gastrointestinal disorders, with support from partners within the Grand Rapids practice. Interest in program growth and development is a plus for this position.
Responsibilities- Provide consultations for children with a variety of gastrointestinal disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within HDVCH and CHMG.
- Contribute to program growth and development as part of the role.
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology
- Successful completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology
- Physician (MD) or Osteopathic Physician (DO)
- Federal Narcotics License from the State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
