Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team in
Grand Rapids, MI
. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Position Type:Part-Time (0.7 FTE)
• Schedule:Monday to Friday, no weekend or holidays
• Location:Grand Rapids, MI
• Specialty:Gastroenterology
• Team Size:6 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Professionals

• Additional Details:
  • APPs rotate through the hospital, performing consultations and managing follow-up care.

• Gastroenterology experience preferred but not required
• APPs:Board certified in specialty prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
