Were seeking a passionate and driven Contingent (0.0 FTE) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. • Schedule: Shifts varies: days and nights, weekends and holidays
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Specialty: Hospital Medicine
• Hospital Info: Team admits and provides services to all Internal Medicine patients, including PMI
• Call Requirements: Inpatient shift-based only; no call

Requirements

• Open to experienced or new graduate providers
• APPs:
  Board certified in specialty prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
