About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Architect to lead the design process from programming through project closeout. This role requires a self-starter with deep knowledge of building systems—including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical—and the ability to manage teams, consultants, budgets, and schedules with professionalism and precision.
What You ll Work On- Projects span a wide range of market sectors, including:
- Mixed-use & multi-family
- Corporate office
- Religious institutions
- Residential and more
- 5–10 years of professional experience
- Licensed architect (completion of ARE required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Micro Station
- Experience with project account management software
- Skills in internal budgeting, team scheduling, and proposal development
- Client management and specification writing expertise
- Diverse and exciting project portfolio
- Collaborative, creative team culture
