Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead the design and execution of impactful projects across varying scales and complexities. You will independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of architectural principles while maintaining a high level of precision throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for performing complex design computations, developing detailed specifications, and interpreting building codes to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Your technical expertise will be essential in preparing comprehensive documentation across all architectural phases—from initial site and floor plans to building elevations, sections, and intricate construction details. Collaboration and leadership are central to this position within a multi-disciplinary team, with a specific focus on Design-Build projects.
You will participate in requirement meetings, value analysis, and basic cost estimating, and lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of MEP/FP designs into the architectural vision. You will also contribute to client relations to support project success.

- Lead design and execution of projects across varying scales and complexities
- Prepare and review comprehensive documentation across all architectural phases
- Interpret building codes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate design and construction documentation with a multi-disciplinary team
- Manage Design-Build project execution and client-facing activities
- Coordinate with MEP/FP designs for integrated project delivery
- Participate in requirement meetings, value analysis, and basic cost estimating
- Lead project coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and precision in documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
- Active AIA Registered Architect status in the state of Michigan
- High-level expertise in Revit required (conceptual design through construction documents)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Experience with space planning, block planning, and adjacency analysis per building programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture
- Michigan Registration is required;
Revit is required
- Architect with 8+ years of experience preferred
