Responsibilities

As a Dentist at Enable Dental, you will travel to various nursing homes in the Grand Rapids area to provide essential dental care to elderly patients and individuals with disabilities. You will deliver compassionate and professional treatment, showcase empathy and dedication to improving oral health for vulnerable populations, and adapt to diverse environments to make a meaningful impact.

Our markets are growing, and we are looking for a full‑time Dentist to join our dynamic team in Grand Rapids. As a general dentist, you will provide high-quality care onsite to a diverse patient population and work with a team that values integrity and passion for dentistry.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, empathy, patience, proficiency in using specialized dental tools and equipment, and familiarity with dental software for patient records and treatment plans.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Active state dental license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
  • Proficiency in a wide range of general dental procedures
Benefits

Compensation: $900-$1,200 per day, or 28% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market)
