Associate Pediatric Dentist – Mentorship – Ownership / Partnership Potential
Location: Grand Rapids, MI Status: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (Monday - Thursday 8AM - 3PM)
Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $450,000

With two thriving locations approximately 25 minutes apart (Caledonia and Grand Rapids), you’ll join a well-established , patient-first private practice where you’ll be surrounded by mentorship, cutting-edge tech, and a collaborative team. From your first day, you’ll step into a full schedule , serving a loyal patient base of over 13,000 active patients with 400 new patients per month.

You’ll gain access to advanced resources like diode lasers, CBCT, and in-office general anesthesia.

Mentorship here means working side-by-side with experienced pediatric dentists who specialize in Stainless Steel Crowns, zirconia, laser dentistry, and sedation-based care . You’ll gain real-world experience in moderate sedation and GA cases , learning proven techniques for safe, efficient, and confident treatment. It's structured, hands-on, and designed to help you grow into a truly well-rounded provider—fast.

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric care, including restorations, crowns, and extractions.
• If desired, treat patients under moderate sedation and general anesthesia (mentorship provided if you aren’t experienced in this aspect).
• Communicate treatment confidently with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and a 39‑member team across two modern offices.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and remain flexible to team needs.
