We're looking for a Customer Success & Integrations Specialist who wants to help those businesses win.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to launch referral programs, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure they get maximum value from Clicki. You’ll become a trusted partner to the companies using our platform and play a critical role in helping them grow faster.
This is not a traditional support role. At Clicki, customer success means helping real businesses succeed — solving problems, improving systems, and making sure our customers are seeing real results from the platform.

What You’ll Do Help Customers Launch and WinGuide new customers through onboarding and help them launch successful referral campaigns using Clicki.
Be the First Line of Technical SupportAssist customers with questions related to:
- Campaign setup
- Referral tracking
- Cashout workflows
- Promoter sign-ups
- Payout triggers
- Landing pages and referral links
Help customers connect Clicki with the tools they already use, including CRMs and automation platforms such as:
- Hub Spot
- Service Titan
- Field Routes
- Other industry systems
Serve as a trusted partner for the businesses using Clicki. Our goal is to help customers grow their companies, not just answer support tickets.
Identify Opportunities for Customer GrowthAs you work with customers, you’ll help uncover opportunities to:
- Launch additional referral campaigns
- Expand referral programs to employees and partners
- Adopt new Clicki features
You’ll collaborate with our product and engineering teams to elevate bugs, identify feature improvements, and bring customer feedback directly into product development.
Help Improve Our Knowledge BaseDocument common questions and solutions so customers can find answers faster and our support experience keeps improving.

QualificationsWe’re less interested in perfect resumes and more interested in problem solvers who care about helping customers succeed.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in SaaS support, onboarding, or customer success
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, or integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving startup environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- CRM systems

- Webhooks or API‑based integrations
- Home service industry software
