• Provide positive customer service by educating patients on products and services
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns

• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to learn brand products and therapies
• Demonstrated soft skills to enhance patient experience
