Training (first 2 weeks):
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM (in-office)
Ongoing schedule:
Monday–Friday, 12 PM–8 PM (in-office)

Phone Support
Handle ~50 calls per day (depending on volume)
Troubleshoot issues, process updates, and make group changes
Document each interaction using the Interactions Tracker to identify trends and improve service
Send review requests to satisfied customers
Email Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email as needed
Log email interactions in the tracker and send follow-up review requests
Team Support
Assist the fulfillment team during slower call times
Minimum Requirements
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Excellent written communication
Fluent in English
No prior experience required — candidates with retail or customer-facing backgrounds often excel in this role
