Job Summary

If you are naturally a people-person and detail-oriented, you may have a future as a Seasonal Admission & Membership Team Member. Being the first impression for every guest and member, this role is responsible for greeting guests at our entry gates, selling daily admissions and yearly memberships, and providing information to ensure an enjoyable start to each visit. Team members support the admission of over 750,000 guests and members, and are expected to deliver friendly, professional, and memorable guest experiences.

Starting at $12.00 / Hour under 18.
Starting $13.75 / Hour over 18.

• Must be 16+ to apply.
• Must be able to work 20 hours per week.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• The ability to multi-task and provide great guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to provide assistance as needed to other venues as directed by leadership.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks in support of Zoo operations and guest satisfaction.
