Base pay range$35,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service needs.
- Schedule service calls nationwide.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule available technicians.
- Follow up with service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service ticket updates in our system.
- Initialize RMAs and collaborate with shipping and receiving departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer at least two years in a corporate, service, or hospitality environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Boldly embrace company culture.
- Work independently with minimal guidance while asking questions when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; serve as the face of our company to clients.
- Base Salary $35,000 to $50,000/yr (DOE).
