Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $/yr
Project Manager - Grand Rapids, MI
We’re looking for a Mechanical Construction Project Manager who can lead projects from planning through completion while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and driving field execution.
What You’ll Do:- Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Lead construction document analysis and resolve design conflicts
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and field change requests
- Monitor subcontractor performance, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
- Participate in meetings with owners, engineers, and architects
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including as‑builts and reports
- Take initiative in your career development and training
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or PMP certification (preferred)
- 3 years or more of mechanical construction experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- OSHA‑30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
