As a Foreperson for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our surrounding areas. A Foreperson will perform a variety of tasks that aid in both the completion and success of a project and assistance of team members.

• Coordinating work efforts in order to ensure top safety and quality of projects.
• Responsible for building positive relationships with contractors, inspectors and fellow subcontractors.
• Ensuring the project has adequate crew members and resources.
• Able to read and understand plans and specifications for a project, and communicate this information to others.
• Reporting progress and other required information to the Superintendent.
• Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds and using hand tools and small power tools.
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned and assisting crew members in their performance.

• This position requires a minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent and working knowledge of e‑mail and computers.
• Prior experience with concrete and as a construction foreperson required.
• Employee must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation – a valid CDL A is a plus.

Travel is required for this position. The employee must be willing to travel for up to 4 weeks at a time and work any/all shifts. RAM will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable.

As a Foreperson for RAM, the employee will be subject to various work environments, including seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.

This position will supervise crew members. Anyone with supervisory responsibilities is expected to supervise in a professional and positive manner.
