Manage an assigned book of business, retain clients through exceptional service, maintain accurate client data, mentor associate managers and team assistants.

• Manage a book of business generally exceeding $550k in revenue.
• Provide quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 93% retention or more.
• Collaborate within a team that includes Producers, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
• Mentor, support, and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
• Accountable for administrative tasks and special projects.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years in a commercial lines agency role.
• Experience with middle market accounts averaging $15k in revenue.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• P&C license.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
