As a Strategic Account Manager
, you will play a key role in driving growth and customer retention strategy. Acting as a vital bridge between our internal teams and dealer clients, you will ensure that every client receives exceptional service while identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Collaborates with Sales and Business Management to ensure client performance goals are met.
- Oversees new client onboarding, ensuring alignment on service requirements, pricing, and communication.
- Introduces new services and leads regular client business reviews. Addresses and resolves client concerns and inquiries.
- Serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for escalations or service level agreement (SLA) issues.
- Fosters cross-functional communication between departments such as Customer Service, Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations.
- Develops a strong understanding of assigned accounts, including their channels, strategies, key projects, and business plans.
- Occasionally travels to client sites or industry trade shows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent course training.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
