Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow business through strategic communication with assigned owners and internal teams, focusing on products, programs, and services
  • Coach and train top retail sellers on product offerings and technologies to influence grower decisions
  • Execute strategic plans in partnership with retail sellers, measuring and monitoring progress
  • Communicate the value proposition of offerings to top retailer sellers, including pricing and digital technology
  • Coordinate with local representatives and implement account plans with retail sellers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of direct sales experience, or 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
  • Ability to manage projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical expertise in agriculture products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the agriculture industry or direct sales
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to change and lead initiatives
