- Ability to lead product strategy and lifecycle management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with comfort managing pricing, cost structures, margin targets, and SKU performance.
- Skilled at building relationships with contractors, pro dealers, retail partners, and internal teams (engineering, sourcing, sales, marketing).
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and training support skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate field insights into actionable product development decisions.
Success criteria:
- Growth in PRO-FIT’s pneumatic fastener segment, including new SKU adoption, increased shelf presence, and expanded contractor usage.
- Timely and effective delivery of new products and line extensions in collaboration with product development and internal partners.
- Increased market share in framing, siding, and finish categories, supported by clear value propositions and field alignment.
- Portfolio performance aligned with brand goals—improved margins, competitive pricing, and channel differentiation.
