This is a full-time onsite role for an Office Administrative Assistant based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Strong communication and phone etiquette skills are crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will perform a range of tasks to support daily operations, contribute to team goals, and uphold our standards of excellence.

- Support day-to-day operations and team functions
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and deadlines
- Take initiative and show flexibility in handling tasks
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work culture
- Proofread and edit correspondence and meeting minutes, as requested
- Assist with projects, as requested
- Assist with coordination of trainings (e.g., lunch and learns)
- Perform administrative tasks, and other document gathering and filing
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Adaptable and willing to learn new tools or systems

- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- At least three (3) years of prior experience in an administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work independently in a team environment and exercise a high level of confidentiality
- Must be computer savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Working knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute responsibilities in an organized and timely manner
- Unquestionable character and work ethic: takes ownership of work, is accountable and learns from mistakes, and regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty
- Ability to frequently handle pressures related to meeting deadlines and working on various projects requiring attention to detail while effectively prioritizing with a calm demeanor
- Comfortable practicing independent judgment and taking initiative, keeping projects moving forward and on track with the pace of the business
- Demonstrated ability to take ideas and topics from Executive Leadership to create a meaningful presentation
