Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Salary Range: $22,880 - $28,600 part-time ($20 per hour - $25 per hour)

Job DescriptionSupport the vision and mission of Partners by providing a broad range of administrative and bookkeeping assistance to the US Office and Communications team to support the efficient operation of the organization.
- Manage basic accounts and perform bookkeeping and financial data entry.
- Data entry and reconciliation processes in donor management systems and Quick Books.
- Run management reports and complete regular reconciliation of donation and finance systems.
- Track and manage inventory.
- Pay invoices as approved by budget holders.
- Transfer funds to Operations and implementation partners as approved by budget holders.
- Nurture supporters through answering phone calls, writing emails, thank you, and written responses to queries and donations as directed.
- Coordinate shipping orders for supporters and the fundraising team as directed
- Coordinate mailings of publications to supporters.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Run errands and complete other tasks as assigned.
- Provide administrative planning support as needed for in-person engagement events.
- Assist Executive Team members with travel bookings, scheduling meetings, expense claims, and reminders.
- Assist with other projects as needed and as assigned by manager.
- Attend weekly Partners staff meeting, when possible.
- Attend annual staff retreat and periodic all-staff gatherings as requested.
- Communicate any training needs to your manager or HR leader.
- Work within a Christian framework and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.
- Commitment to living out the core values in line with Partners mission and vision statements.
- Work in an honest manner and also recognize the need for confidentiality at times.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Budgeting or financial management skills.
- Familiarity with Quick Books Online preferred
- General computer ability, such as creating documents, spreadsheets, emails, etc.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Motivated, has initiative, and can work independently
- Flexible and patient
- Detail-oriented
