DescriptionPURPOSE: The Senior Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative activities and providing office support to the US Director of the Ministry Board. This position also oversees the diverse travel portfolio for the organization. Additionally, the coordinator will assist the Director of Partnership Administration in managing the Crisis 24 website and will support the Office of the General Secretary with the preparation of annual meetings.
This position is full-time at 36 hours a week and offers a hybrid work schedule, an attractive benefits package (including retirement fund contribution), and three weeks of vacation.

- The ability to have a weekly presence in the CRCNA denominational office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Adhere to a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Traditional climate‑controlled office environment.
- Frequent video calls/meetings are required.
- Attend off‑site meetings as needed in the local area, e.g., Calvin Theological Seminary.
- Attend in‑person, extended‑day meetings throughout the year, including the annual denominational meeting. Extended work hours are required for these meetings.
- Some travel throughout North America may be required on an occasional basis.
