Job Description
Title:
Reporting Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose: Provide reports and update current reporting to help support and maintain integrity of the database. Pull together data from multiple reports to track details from the start to finish on files reviewed. Find better ways to improve process for working with the database to improve efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reporting Support
- Run reports on proprietary System Database.
- Analyze data and provide reporting to clients and to team.
- Send correct and timely reports to Clients and team members.
- Review reporting to identify and fix any report Errors.
- Help in researching historical data.
- Maintain reporting from clients and report any issues.
- Track titles ordered for files being worked.
- Track delays & update files with new data.
- Develop awareness and skills in all aspects of the company to better understand and pull data needed to help aid in any department.
- Maintain data integrity in the system – moving items to Archive folders as needed.
- Stays updated on all compliance updates and PII Security training.
- Maintain confidentiality standards that protect PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data.
- Help with the training others on methodology and formats for the various reports.
- Help in working to Foster/maintain a positive company culture.
Proprietary System Testing
- Help in testing all facets of the system with each new roll out to verify all parts are working as needed with the new updates.
- Test that updates are not causing other areas to breakdown.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in pdf-write software (Adobe or Bluebeam)
- Ability to research and effectively apply rules and guidelines associated with tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ability to multitask to manage daily tasks while prioritizing critical issues as they arise to be able to manage future workloads.
- Communication skills to interact with clients, fellow staff, and team members.
- Ability to work in a primarily paperless environment.
- Proper phone etiquette
- Willingness to help in other areas as needed.
- Ability to problem solve and identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage a high-level of detail.
Minimum
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school degree (or equivalent) required.
- Some college preferred.
