Parlay your Acumatica experience into meaningful growth in 2026. We are a fast growing CNC reseller, located in northwest Grand Rapids. Building for a scalable future, we are upgrading from Quick Books to Acumatica. Our talented Accounting team is looking to grow its knowledge base immediately, by hiring a Senior Accountant who has practical, day-to-day, real life transactional Acumatica experience. No degree required -- but earn one on our dime, if you like.

Or pursue your CPA. Or both.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Acumatica from day one, supporting a Q1 conversion.
• Handle day-to-day transactional accounting in Acumatica: creating invoices, posting payments, paying invoices, generating purchase orders, booking journal entries, running payroll, managing inventory, and time and expense reporting.
• Guide two experienced, part-time AR and AP Specialists.
• Own the Accounting function and progressively lean into FP&A, banking, audit management, CPA liaison, and strategic planning as the company grows its nationwide, North American footprint.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller and grow with the company as it expands.
• On-site position in northwest Grand Rapids with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

• Senior Accountant with practical Acumatica experience; no degree required (but candidates are encouraged to pursue one or a CPA).
• Experience performing core accounting tasks: invoices, payments, purchases, journal entries, payroll, inventory, time and expense reporting.
• No consultants or contractors unless you have real-life daily Acumatica responsibility.

• Pay range: $70,000 to $80,000.
