Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fully On Site

Cash Receipts & Posting

• Obtain and review bank details

• Deposit mailed checks using a scanner

• Record all transactions in ERP

• Report equipment deposit payments

• Research and resolve discrepancies

• Perform high-volume, manual data entry

Credit Card Processing

• Assist Customer Service with credit card payments

• Log into bank portals daily to pull reports

• Record and reconcile transactions

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Collections

• Work directly with customers, Customer Service, and management to resolve payment issues

• Navigate and manage customer payment portals

General Duties

• Monitor and respond to email throughout the day

• Answer phones and greet walk-in visitors as needed

Required

• 1–2 years of basic Accounts Receivable experience

• Clear understanding of debits vs. credits

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable with manual processes and repetitive data entry

• High energy, proactive work style

Preferred

• Experience with pivot tables in Excel

• Background in Accounts Payable

• Experience in environments with evolving or limited processes
