Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fully On Site

Cash Receipts & Posting
Obtain and review bank details
Deposit mailed checks using a scanner
Record all transactions in ERP
Report equipment deposit payments
Research and resolve discrepancies
Perform high-volume, manual data entry
Credit Card Processing
Assist Customer Service with credit card payments
Log into bank portals daily to pull reports
Record and reconcile transactions
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Collections
Work directly with customers, Customer Service, and management to resolve payment issues
Navigate and manage customer payment portals
General Duties
Monitor and respond to email throughout the day
Answer phones and greet walk-in visitors as needed
Required
1–2 years of basic Accounts Receivable experience
Clear understanding of debits vs. credits
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with manual processes and repetitive data entry
High energy, proactive work style
Preferred
Experience with pivot tables in Excel
Background in Accounts Payable
Experience in environments with evolving or limited processes
