Compensation: $40,000–$50,000
Schedule: Full-time, onsite
Join a friendly, small-office team of 145 employees in a quiet, open-cube environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative yet low-distraction setting and wants to support a growing company following a recent acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesCash Application: Record customer payments and miscellaneous receipts accurately
Accounts Payable (Full Cycle):
Process invoices using 3-way match
Request invoices for shipped items
Code invoices to correct GL accounts
Process payments and serve as main AP contact
Must-Have:
2+ years AR (cash application, billing, collections) or AP (full cycle) experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice-to-Have:
Manufacturing experience
Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
Experience with QAD
